Paul James Addessi, age 80, of Jackson Township, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024 at Rose Lane Health Center following a 3 year courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease. He was born June 7, 1943, in Canton, the son of the late Domenic and Pauline (Jeffries) Addessi. Paul owned Maca Mold and Machine Company for 20 years and retired in 2021. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and served during the Vietnam Era. He was a member of Sts. Philip and James Parish. Paul is survived by his wife of 33 years, Mary Ellen (Rogers) Addessi; children, Mike (Aileen) Addessi, Gina (Chris) Kuzma, Amanda Frazee, and Matthew (Emily) Addessi; siblings, Ursula Lynn, Bob Goodman, George Goodman; grandchildren, Anthony, Adam, Breanna, Kristen, Andrew, Hayden, Mason, Madelyn, and Cameron; and great-grandchildren, Rose, Corinne, Blaise, Blaire, Lucy, Marley, and Lydia. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Heitger Funeral Home - JACKSON CHAPEL, 5850 Wales Ave N.W. Prayer Vigil begins at 4:30 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024 at 11 A.M. at Sts. Philip and James Catholic Church with Fr. Thomas Cebula celebrant.
